While we strive to represent each piece as accurately as possible, we acknowledge that the actual colors and textures may vary. Therefore, we offer a 14-day return or exchange policy, evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

To initiate a return, please contact us at chris@chriswilsonstudio.com. Upon approval, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions for the return process. Please note that unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

We urge you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you find the item to be defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately for resolution. All shipped artwork is insured for your protection.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Please note that sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges

For the most efficient exchange process, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item once the return is approved.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your financial institution to process and post the refund.

Digital Items and Guides

Due to the digital nature of these products, all sales for digital items and guides are final and non-refundable.
